WHO IS THIS SERVICE FOR?
Individuals or their carers who live in the Mole Valley District, Epsom & Ewell, Surrey Heath or Woking Boroughs and:
Have complex health, social care, financial and/or accommodation needs.
Have any disability, chronic illness or general frailty whether temporary or permanent.
WHAT IS ADVOCACY?
"Advocacy is taking action to help people to say what they want, secure their rights, represent their interests and to obtain the services they need."
